To remove any doubt about costs, all service fees are transparent. Most of them are project-based. I also broker art acquisitions, sales, and commissions. The final transaction price determines the fee for these services, which is linked to a sliding scale. The lowest amount is 5% of an artwork’s final transaction price. The maximum is 20%. Other services performed in connection with these brokered transactions may result in additional fees. There is a “no deal, no fee rule” for when these services do not lead to a completed transaction. Clients with ongoing service needs can take advantage of retainer fees to secure my service for a specific period of time.
