FEES

All fees are project-based. Flat fees are set for a single project. Fixed fees are charged for two or more projects. Fees for brokered services—sales, purchases, and commissions—are based on a graduated percentage of the final transaction price plus the cost of any additional services carried out with each of these activities. Retainer options are available for long-term obligations. 

All fees are transparent, and a free consultation is provided to discuss your needs, services, and costs. Written agreements are required for all services carried out by SAAS. Services executed by the advisory are paid for by the client, unless an alternate arrangement is agreed to in writing. A ‘no deal, no fee’ policy applies to stand-alone brokered services—purchases, sales, and commissions—that do not result in a transaction.
