FEES

To remove any doubt about costs, all service fees are transparent. Most service fees are project-based and fixed . A sliding scale is used to establish the cost for facilitating the sale, purchase, or commission of an artwork on a client’s behalf. The lowest amount is 5% of the artwork’s final purchase price. The maximum is 20%. There can be additional charges for other services provided in connection with these brokered transactions. There is a “no deal, no fee” policy for brokered services that do not result in a final transaction. Retainer rates are also available for clients with long-term service needs. Every transaction requires a signed agreement and is confidential.
