The Terms and Conditions for scheduling an ARTalk are as stated:
- Fees are determined by the group size and length of the program, with a $400 minimum;
- 1–week advance notice of cancellation is required for a full refund;
- A 48 hours advance notice of cancellation is required for a 50% refund;
- A scheduled talk is only confirmed when payment has been received in full;
- A credit card payment is subject to an additional 2.9% fee.
