CUSTOMER AGREEMENT : Fees are determined by group size and length of the program, with a $400.00 minimum. The Terms and Conditions are as stated: 1. 1–Week advance notice of cancellation is required for a full refund . 2. 48 hours advance notice is required for a 50% refund. 3. ARTalks are only confirmed once payment has been received in full. 4. Please note that credit card payment is subject to an additional fee of 2.9%.
